目的:探讨使用数字化技术设计和制作个性化定制导板治疗颞下颌关节强直患者的临床意义。方法:基于患者CT数据,联合运用软件Mimics 19.0(Materialise,Belgium)及Geomagic studio 2014(Geomagic Inc,America)设计及制作个性化导板,并用3D打印机输出导板,用于手术中定位截骨。结果:将数字化导板技术用于颞下颌关节强直手术,引导术中截骨,缩短手术时间,提高手术精确度,同时也保护了重要组织结构。结论:数字化导板技术为治疗颞下颌关节强直患者提供了一种有效途径。
