【Abstract】 This paper briefly describes the research significance, current status and industrialization prospects of traditional roasting green manufacturing technology, and conducts in-depth research on the key technology research ofmaterial preparation, natural baking technology of traditional baking products, and green manufacturing technology oftraditional baked products.
