【摘要】 江苏要率先响应网络强国目标,把江苏由网络大省建设成网络强省。文章基于江苏网络与信息化发展现状,确立"一个目标、一个机构、三地协同、四轮驱动"的发展思路。即在"网络强省全国领先"的战略目标下,成立江苏网络强省指导委员会负责推进各项工作;正视苏南、苏中、苏北三地差异,因地制宜制定"三地协同"发展的思路;建议政府、企业、智力支撑以及网民4个层面要"四轮驱动",共同推进网络强省建设。更多还原

【Abstract】 General Secretary Xi has pointed out the goal of becoming a powerful network country,and then Jiangsu should take the lead in responding to build a strong network province from a large internet province.Therefore,Jiangsu need establish a development idea of"one goal,one institution,three-site synergy,and four-wheel drive"based on the current development situations of network and informatization.That is to say,under the strategic objectives of"strong network province and national leadership",establish a leading committee of strong network province that promotes all kinds of work;to consider the differences among southern,central and northern area of Jiangsu;to formulate the development idea of"three-site synergy"according to the local conditions;And this paper suggests that the government,enterprises,education and Internet users should be"four-wheel-drive"to jointly promote the construction of a strong network province.更多还原
