【摘要】 通过对虚拟社区的相关文献计量分析和内容分析,提炼出虚拟社区的研究热点,从而为今后的研究提供帮助。从Web of Science核心合集获取225篇文献,应用文献计量工具,对虚拟社区研究的引文年代、作者合作网络和高频关键词共现矩阵进行分析,寻找出虚拟社区的研究热点。研究表明国内作者发文数量较多但与国外机构合作少,虚拟社区研究热点主要是社区内的知识共享和对成员的管理研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the bibliometric analysis and content analysis of the relevant literature of the virtual community, the research hotspots can be extracted from the virtual community. So it will be helpful to the future research. This study collects 225 papers published on Web of Science core journals as the samples, using the method of bibliometrics to analyze the time of citations, the network of author cooperation and high-frequency key words co-occurrence matrix researched of the virtual community. By the above method, the research hotspots of the virtual community can be found. This paper shows that there are the more domestic authors publishing large amounts of papers but less cooperation with foreign institutions. The research hotspots of virtual community are mainly knowledge sharing and management of members in community.更多还原
