【摘要】 对青少年精英运动员的体育管理,在欧洲各地区有着不同的模式。研究主要通过文献资料法、比较分析法,对欧洲各种不同的青少年精英运动员的管理进行了分析比较。研究结果表明:在自由主义国家,市场扮演者中央的角色,国家尽量不干预青少年竞技体育;在保守社团制度国家,有关青少年竞技体育事宜,家庭或家庭主义扮演着中心角色,而国家的角色处于配角;在社会民主社团国家,政府在资助和组织青少年竞技体育发展福利的过程中扮演着中心角色。更多还原

【Abstract】 In Europe, there are different youth competitive sports management modes. This paper analyzes and compares various European competitive sports management models through literature and comparative analysis. The results show that : in liberal countries, market plays a central role, the state tried not to interfere in youth sports; in the conservative society system countries, youth sports related matters, family or family which plays a central role, and the role of the state in a supporting role; in the social democratic society, the government plays a central role in the process of financing and organizing the youth sports development in welfare.更多还原
