【摘要】 欧洲各地区有着不同的青少年竞技体育管理模式,本文主要通过文献资料法、比较分析法,对欧洲各种不同的青少年竞技体育管理模式进行了分析比较。研究结果表明:青少年竞技体育在欧洲各国的不同制度下,包括自由主义国家、保守社团制度国家以及社会民主社团国家,组织青少年竞技体育发展福利的过程中扮演着中心角色。在许多方面,行动的建议依赖于现在的能力涉及到其他政策领域,这些领域之一就是促进青少年运动员的利益:教育权利与利益。更多还原

【Abstract】 There are different modes of youth competitive sports management in all regions of Europe. This paper compares and compares various European competitive sports management modes in Europe by means of literature and comparative analysis. The results show that youth competitive sports play a central role in the process of developing the development and welfare of youth competitive sports in different systems of European countries, including liberalism,conservative societies and social democratic societies. In many ways, the recommendations of the action depend on the ability of the present capacity to involve other policy areas, one of which is to promote the interests of young athletes :the rights and interests of education.更多还原
