Ca对Cd胁迫下旱柳无性系抗氧化酶活性影响的研究
Effects of Ca on Antioxidant Enzyme Activities of Salix matsudana Koidz Clones Under Cd Stress
【摘要】 以生长快、易繁殖的旱柳(Salix matsudana Koidz)为实验材料进行水培,分别设置对照组、5mmol/L Ca组、50μmol/L Cd组、5mmol/L Ca+50μmol/L Cd组,培养28天后测定各组旱柳叶片和根系的抗氧化酶活性,以了解Cd胁迫下外源Ca对旱柳无性系植株抗氧化酶活性的影响。实验结果显示:(1)处理28天后,旱柳叶中SOD活性为50μmol/L Cd组>5mmol/L Ca+50μmol/L Cd组>5mmol/L Ca组>对照组,根中为对照组>5mmol/L Ca组>5mmol/L Ca+50μmol/L Cd组>50μmol/L Cd组;旱柳根和叶POD的活性均表现为:50μmol/L Cd组>5mmol/L Ca+50μmol/L Cd组>5mmol/L Ca组>对照组;旱柳根和叶CAT的活性均为对照组>5mmol/L Ca组>5mmol/L Ca+50μmol/L Cd组>50μmol/L Cd组。(2)5mmol/L Ca+50μmol/L Cd组由于Ca的添加,与50μmol/L Cd组相比,旱柳SOD和POD的活性降低,CAT的活性升高,证明外源Ca能缓解Cd对旱柳的胁迫作用。
【Abstract】 Fast-growing and easily-breeding Salix matsudana Koidz was used as the experimental material. Four groups of S. matsudana by hydroponic cultivation were set : the control group, 5 mmol/L Ca treatment group, 50μmol/L Cd treatment group, and 5 mmol/L Ca + 50μmol/L Cd treatment group. After28 days of cultivated, the antioxidant enzyme activities of leaves and roots of S. matsudana in each group were determined, and the effects of exogenous Ca on antioxidant enzyme activities of S. matsudana clones under Cd stress were studied. The results showed that :( 1) 28 days later, the order of SOD activities in leaves was : 50μmol/L Cd treatment group > 5 mmol/L Ca + 50μmol/L treatment group > 5 mmol/L Ca treatment group > control group, and the order of SOD activities in root was : control group > 5 mmol/L Ca group > 5 mmol/L Ca + 50μmol/L treatment group > 50μmol/L Cd treatment group; the order of POD activity in both roots and leaves was : 50μmol/L Cd treatment group > 5 mmol/L Ca + 50μmol/L Cd treatment group > 5 mmol/L Ca treatment group > control group and the activity of CAT was : control group > 5 mmol/LCa treatment group > 5 mmol/L Ca +50μmol/L Cd treatment group > 50μmol/L Cd treatment group.( 2) Compared with 50μmol/L Cd treatment group, the activity of SOD and POD were decreased, however, the activity of CAT increased in the 5 mmol/L Ca + 50μmol/L Cd treatment group. Therefore, it was proved that exogenous Ca can relieve the stress of Cd on S. matsudana.
