超声波无缝压胶缝合防泼水织物缝口的防水性能

【摘要】 本文通过对超声波无缝压胶缝合防泼水织物缝口在不同因素条件下的静水压测试,找出影响超声波无缝缝合的主要因素之间的制约关系,即当花轮速度一定时,缝口的耐水压随花轮压力的增大而增加,在速度最小的情况下,花轮压力和超声波功率同时达到最大时,缝口的耐水压值也达到峰值。当花轮速度到达最大时,缝口的耐水压值却表现为减小,从而可见转速增大会导致缝合效果的下降。

【Abstract】 In this paper, through the hydrostatic pressure test under the conditions of different factors, the relationship between the main factors affecting the ultrasonic seamless stitching is found, that is, when the speed of the wheel is fixed, the water pressure of the seam is increased with the increase of the pressure of the floral wheel, and in the case of the minimum speed. When the wheel pressure and ultrasonic power reach the maximum at the same time, the water pressure value of the joint reaches its peak value. When the speed of the flower wheel reaches the maximum, the water pressure value of the seam decreases, which means that the increase of the speed will result in the decrease of the stitching effect.
