5种杀菌剂对日本珊瑚树叶斑病菌(P.cocculi)的毒力测定

【摘要】 为挑选出对日本珊瑚树叶斑病菌(P.cocculi)抑制效果较好的药剂,选取市场上常见的5种杀菌剂,采用菌丝的生长速率法对其进行室内的毒力作用。结果表明20%井唑多菌灵对P.cocculi的抑制果最好,EC50值为31.5μg/m L。

【Abstract】 to pick out the coral leaf spot pathogens to Japan( p. cocculi) inhibiting agent with better effect,choose five common fungicides on the market, by using the method of the growth rate of hyphae indoor role in virulence. The results showed that the inhibitory effect of 20 % tazole was the best for p. cocculi, and the EC50 value was 31. 5 mg/m L.
