【摘要】 针对研究生生源质量愈来愈引起重视的现状,分析了研究生考生原就读学校类别与培养质量的相关性。分析表明:来自不同类别学校的生源,在研究生入学成绩方面无显著差异;在研究生课程学习成绩方面差异明显;在科学研究成果方面虽差异明显,但有趋同的特点。建议在加强宣传和科学选拔的同时,注重学科内涵发展和培养过程管理,树立科学的研究生生源质量观。更多还原

【Abstract】 In view of the more and more attention to the quality of graduate students,this paper analyzed the correlation between the types of graduate students and the quality of training. The results reveal that there are no significant differences in the entrance examination grades of graduate candidates. However,great differences are shown later in their grades of graduate subjects. As for their achievements on scientific research,the differences are also obvious,but the characteristic of convergence has been observed. To improve the quality of future graduates,the results suggest that,while strengthening the publicity of enrollment of the graduate school and promoting scientific selection on candidates,more emphasis should be paid on the development of connotation of subjects and the management of the progress of training. Last but not least,a scientific outlook on the quality of graduate students need to be established.更多还原
