【摘要】 提高科技创新竞争力能加快经济增长效率,改善产业结构,是实现中国可持续发展的重要途径。通过创建科技创新竞争力的评价指标体系,使用因子分析探寻影响中国7个区域科技创新综合水平的主要原因,并使用聚类分析法把科技水平接近的区域进行分类。结果表明,工业企业科研项目与投入,教育与科研机构科研能力与区域高技术产业科研能力是影响整个区域科技创新竞争力的主要因子。将技术创新与区域的教育创新结合,使结果更有说服力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Various regions are paying more attention to science and technology innovation. Improving the science and education innovation competitiveness can speed up the economic growth and improve the industrial structure,and is an important way to realize the sustainable development of China. The article selected 7 regions of China,and established a comprehensive index system of science and education innovation capability to find the key factors of science and education innovation capacity,The Results show that Industrial enterprises’ competitiveness,education and scientific research institutions’ competitiveness and high technology enterprises’ competitiveness are the three key factors which affect the science and education innovation. Innovation lies in studying the combination of technology and regional education innovation ability.更多还原
