一种适应于大负载工况的高线性度数字化比例电磁阀
The Ultra-Linear Digital Proportional Solenoid Valve Designed for High Load Conditions
【摘要】 比例电磁阀是变推力流量调节系统的核心技术和难点,现有的比例电磁阀一方面无法应用于高压差的大负载工况,另一方面存在着严重的非线性迟滞问题,不能实现高精度的开环控制.针对该问题,本文通过优化磁路结构抑制电磁力在动作过程中的非线性快速增长,采用平衡腔结构消除了工作压差对于衔铁受力平衡的干扰,并且通过前馈控制器进行了电磁迟滞非线性现象的高精度补偿,实现数字化的高线性度比例流量控制.最后,通过对产品进行测试试验验证方案有效性.
【Abstract】 The proportional solenoid valve is the key point of the variable thrust flow regulation system.The existing proportional solenoid valve cannot be applied to the high differential pressure loading condition; meanwhile there is a serious nonlinear hysteresis problem,which cannot realize the high-precision open-loop control. For solving this problem,the optimized magnetic circuit structure is designed to suppress the nonlinear rapid growth of the attractive force in the acting process,and the pressure balance structure is used to eliminate the differential pressure on the armature. The high precision compensation with feedforward control device has been used to achieve the aim of digital high linearity proportional flow control. The design is finally verified by product realization and test.
