木塑复合材料客车侧围内板有限元分析与试验
Wood plastic composite passenger side surround plate within finite element analysis and test
【摘要】 客车侧围内板作为客车室内结构的重要组成部分,对提高车辆行驶安全性、乘客乘坐舒适性起到重要作用。通过有限元分析,结合试验验证的方法,探讨基于蜂窝夹层结构的木塑复合材料应用于客车侧围内板的可行性。建立参数模型,选出最符合侧围内板要求的形状尺寸,并对其力学性能进行分析验证,为该种新型材料的实际应用提供指导借鉴。
【Abstract】 Bus side panel serves as an important part of passenger car interior structure,to improve vehicle driving safety,and passenger ride comfort.In this paper,by means of finite element analysis combined with experimental verification,the feasibility of using wood-plastic composite material based on honeycomb sandwich structure in the side panels of passenger cars is discussed.The shape and size that best meet the requirements of side panels are selected and the mechanical properties are analyzed,which can provide a gridance for practical application of this new material.
