【摘要】 开放式创新作为新的创新模式,是当今国际创新管理领域的研究重点和热点。在理论分析基础上,通过相关分析、逐步回归分析等实证研究方法,揭示了开放式创新对企业双元创新能力的影响及企业外部社会资本的调节作用。结果表明:(1)内向型和外向型开放式创新对渐进性创新能力与突破性创新能力均有显著正向影响;(2)外部关系资本在开放式创新与渐进性创新能力及突破性创新能力之间均有正向调节作用;(3)外部结构资本在开放式创新与突破性创新能力之间有正向调节作用,但在开放式创新与渐进性创新能力之间的调节作用不显著;(4)外部认知资本在开放式创新与渐进性创新能力及突破性创新能力之间的调节作用均不显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 Being a new innovation mode,open innovation is one of the current hotspots and focuses in international innovation management.Through the theoretical analysis and empirical test,the paper reveals the effects of open innovation on enterprise dual innovation capabilities,and the moderating role of external social capital.The empirical findings indicate that:(1)both inbound and outbound open innovation have a significant positive impact on incremental innovation capability and radical innovation capability;(2)external relational capital has a positive moderating influence between open innovation and incremental innovation capability and radical innovation capability;(3)external structural capital has a positive moderating role between open innovation and radical innovation capability,and no significant moderating effect between open innovation and incremental innovation capability;(4)external cognitive capital has no significant influence between open innovation and incremental innovation capability and radical innovation capability.更多还原
