诺奖高效蓝光二极管创新性的TRIZ分析及其专利竞争与进化特征
The Informational Analysis about Technique Evolution Traits and Research Path for 2014 Noble Physics Prize Based on TRIZ Theory
【摘要】 通过分析2014年诺贝尔物理奖的科研过程及其遇到的相关科研难题开展科技情报研究,并结合TRIZ矛盾矩阵进行解题分析,按照科研思路难点的初级问题和产业的终极问题的解题步骤,解释2014年诺贝尔物理奖科研成功的科学思路选择的合理性。同时,进一步跟踪该科研成功后相关领域的文献量变化、升迁以及专利分布情况,分析该技术领域的发展进化特征。
【Abstract】 This paper carries out scientific and technological information research,by analyzing the scientific research process of the 2014 Nobel Prize in Physics and the problems encountered in scientific research,and combines with the TRIZ contradiction matrix to solve the problems. According to solving steps of primary problems of the difficulty in thinking of scientific research,and the ultimate problems of the industry,the rationality of the scientific thinking selection for the successful scientific research of the 2014 Nobel Prize in Physics is explained. Meanwhile,the paper further tracks changes of literature quantity,promotion and patent distribution in the related fields after the success of the scientific research,and analyzes the evolution characteristics of the technical field.
