基于专利统计的绿色技术创新文献分析及趋势探究

【摘要】 收集Web of Science上基于专利统计的绿色技术创新实证研究文献,时间截至2016年12月31日。划分4个维度对现有文献进行量化分析,并对现有文献进行分类和系统性梳理。结果表明,基于专利的绿色技术创新研究备受学者关注,主要来自美国、中国、德国、意大利,研究成果的质量较高且存在密切的引证关系,研究焦点为环境、能源与经济三方面;挖掘专利数据库中绿色专利的常用方法有3种,选择合适的测度方法是提高研究质量的关键;探讨绿色技术创新转移及演化机理、设计政府补贴机制与识别内部异质性因素、评估绿色技术创新的经济效益是未来的研究趋势。

【Abstract】 We collected empirical research literature of green technology innovation based on patents from Web of Science as of December 31,2016. Firstly,trend of existing literature,countries which authors belonging to and studied,journal quality and main research area and network of cited and citing relationship are analyzed. Secondly,literature are classified according to the two dimensional framework named research topic-research level,main measures of green technology innovation are summarized,besides,the literature are systematically reviewed based on the classification results. The results show that research on green technology innovation has attracted the attention of scholars mainly from the United States,China,Germany,Italy,these literature have high quality and a close citation relationship,and more attention are focused on the area of environment,energy and economic. Three common methods for mining green patents in patent databases are referred and choosing right measure is a key factor to improve the quality of research. And future research may emphasize the evolution of green technology innovation and its transfer,designing government subsidy mechanism and identifying internal heterogeneity,and evaluating the economic benefit of green technology innovation.
