【Abstract】 American naturalistic theory is not a simple combination of literature and science, but an attempt to integrate the concept of natural science into art and literature. Compared with French naturalism represented by Zola, American naturalism conducts less physiological dissection on human beings, but rather it attaches more importance to the true revelation of human naturalness in language and content. Although American naturalism is slightly vague in its ethical and historical orientation, it is undoubtedly an influential creative symbol in American literature at the end of the nineteenth century.更多还原
