【Abstract】 A large number of applied tourism management professionals are an important guarantee for the realization of China’s tourism power in the 21 st century. It is imperative to improve the quality of applied tourism management professionals in Colleges and universities. Through the discussion of the connotation of applied undergraduate talents, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the training of applied undergraduate tourism management talents in the aspects of teaching goal setting, curriculum system arrangement, practical teaching system organization, teacher training and cooperative education, and combines with the beneficial attempt of reform and practice in our university. This paper makes a useful exploration in order to provide some suggestions and references for the training and reform of tourism management talents in applied undergraduate universities.更多还原
