农村留守儿童教育问题及对策研究——以S小学为例

【摘要】 为了更加准确地了解壮族地区农村留守儿童学校教育的基本情况,本研究选取壮族人口聚集地区的S小学作为研究对象,并进行为期一个月的观察和对该校的12名教师和3名管理者进行访谈,结果显示:该学校面临资金短缺、师资队伍素质不高和学校管理不当等问题。

【Abstract】 In order to more accurately understand the basic situation of rural left-behind children’s school education in Zhuang region, this study selected S elementary schools in Zhuang population gathering area as the research object, and conducted a month-long observation and 12 teachers and 3 teachers in the school. The interviews conducted by the managers indicated that the school faced problems such as shortage of funds, poor quality of teachers, and improper school management.
