【摘要】 大学生对于寒暑的时间利用与管理情况可以集中反映大学生在假期的生活方式和习惯,一定程度上反映了当代大学生的精神风貌及其价值观。本文采用问卷调查的研究方法,展开对大连市大学生寒暑假时间利用与管理的调查,针对调查结果所反映的问题,给出一些指导与意见,以期对大学生休闲价值观的培养、健康生活方式的形成及其全面发展等相关研究提供经验依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 College students’ time use and management of cold and heat can reflect the lifestyle and habits of college students during holidays, and to some extent reflect the spiritual outlook and values of contemporary college students. This paper adopts a questionnaire survey method to carry out a survey on the use and management of college students’ time for winter and summer vacations in Dalian. According to the results reflected in the survey results, some guidance and opinions are given in order to cultivate the college students’ leisure values and form a healthy lifestyle.
