刻板印象对大学生求职过程影响的实证研究
An Empirical Study of the Influence of Stereotype on the Job-seeking Process of College Students
【摘要】 本研究采用问卷调查和访谈等方式对武汉科技大学130位应届毕业生及从事职业者求职的现状进行调查,问卷中运用自由反应法,考察了武汉科技大学生在求职过程中,内在隐含的职业刻板印象,以及在求职过程中经历的用人单位的刻板印象的类型和程度。
【Abstract】 In this study, questionnaires and interviews were used to investigate the current situation of 130 graduates and job seekers in Wuhan University of Science and Technology. The free response method was used in the questionnaire to examine the implicit career of Wuhan University of Science and Technology students in the job search process, stereotypes, and the types and levels of stereotypes experienced by employers during the job search process.
