【摘要】 建设世界一流大学、一流学科,首先就要有一流的人才队伍为高校作支撑。2015年,国务院印发了《关于统筹推进世界一流大学和一流学科建设总体方案的通知》,其中将"建设一流师资队伍"作为"双一流"建设任务之首和其他四项任务之基。在"双一流"建设背景下,高校在建设与世界一流大学相适应的人才队伍工作方面,本文提出了几点思考:(1)首先要慧眼识才,不拘一格选人才;(2)引进人才之后,还需建立科学的人才激励与评价体系、提供合适的环境才能用好人才,培养人才;(3)人才成长后,还要结合大学培养人的本质特点,促进教学反思,提升人才培养质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 To build a world-class university and a first-rate discipline, we must first have a first-rate talent team to support the university. In 2015, the State Council issued the "Notice on Coordinating General Plans for World-Class Universities and FirstClass Disciplines Construction", which regards "building first-class faculty" as the basis for the "Double Top" construction task and the other four tasks. Under the background of the "Double Top" construction, the colleges and universities put forward several considerations in building a talent team that is compatible with world-class universities:(1) The first thing is to be talented and talented; and(2) to introduce talents; After the talents, we need to establish a scientific talent incentive and evaluation system, provide a suitable environment in order to make good use of talents, and cultivate talents;(3) After the talents grow, we must combine the essential characteristics of university training to promote teaching reflection and upgrade talent cultivation.更多还原
