【摘要】 目的:探索医学院校班级日志管理现状,提高班级日志在高校管理的实效性。方法:采用自制问卷,对南京医科大学实施班级日志管理的二级学院的600名学生,运用系统抽样方法,进行问卷调查和比较分析。结论:学生对学校目前班级日志管理有一定的认可度,参与班级日志呈现主动性、积极性,对班级日志管理作出了正面评价,对班级日志的引导作用也表示肯定。结论:规范班级日志管理体系,重视辅导员的引领作用,加强班级日志内涵建设,提高班级日志管理的实用性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the status of class log management in medical colleges and improve the effectiveness of class log management in colleges and universities.Methods: A self-made questionnaire was used to conduct a questionnaire survey and comparative analysis on 600 students in the second-level college administered by Nanjing Medical University.Conclusion:The students have a certain degree of recognition of the class log management in the school.Participating in the class diary presents the initiative and enthusiasm,making a positive appraisal of the class log management and also affirming the guiding role of the class log.Conclusion: Standardizing class log management system,paying attention to the leading role of counselors,strengthening the connotation construction of class log and improving the practicality of class log management.更多还原
