【摘要】 随着国家对创新创业工作的重视和投入不断加大,越来越多的高校和科研院所师生积极响应了"大众创业,万众创新"的号召,开展了创新创业相关工作。但是也遭遇了政府创新创业政策落实难、见效差,创业者创业阻力大、科技成果转化难的瓶颈期。针对创新创业政策和科技成果转化工作,分析当前科技成果转化率低的原因,并对创新创业工作提出了建议,希望能够有效促进当前创新创业工作的稳步推进。更多还原

【Abstract】 As the country attaches more importance to innovation and entrepreneurship,more and more universities and research institutes have actively responded to the spirit of"mass entrepreneurship and innovation"and carried out innovation and entrepreneurship related work.But at the same time,it also encountered difficulties in the implementation of the government’s innovation and entrepreneurship policy and its poor effectiveness.Entrepreneurs’ entrepreneurial resistance is large,and the bottleneck period for transforming scientific and technological achievements.In response to innovation and entrepreneurship policies and the transformation of scientific and technological achievements,the author analyzes the reasons for the current low rate of conversion of scientific and technological achievements,and proposed suggestions for current innovation and entrepreneurship work,hoping to effectively promote the current steady progress in innovation and entrepreneurship.更多还原
