乳腺癌分子分型研究进展

【摘要】 乳腺癌是女性肿瘤中发生率和死亡率最高的肿瘤之一,由于乳腺癌的异质性和对治疗结果的不确定性,致使难以预测预后。随着生物技术的快速发展,乳腺癌的分子分型已在乳腺癌患者的化疗、内分泌治疗和个性化治疗中被广泛使用。分子分型给乳腺癌患者的诊断、治疗、预后及复发的判断提供了重要参考依据,因此乳腺癌分子分型具有广泛的临床应用前景。但现有乳腺癌肿瘤标记物仍不能满足临床需求,其临床实用性有待提高,亟需对乳腺癌进行进一步精准分型和开发肿瘤标记物,以实现乳腺癌的个体化治疗。

【Abstract】 Breast cancer is one of the most frequent deadly tumors in women because of its heterogeneity and diverse response figures to current treatment modalities. Moreover,it seems very difficult to predict the effect of treatment and its prognosis. Along with the rapid development of biotechnology,the molecular subtyping of breast cancer has been used to a large extent while treating them using chemotherapy,endocrine therapy or individualized targeted therapy. Molecular subtyping provides an important reference basis for the diagnosis,treatment,prognosis and even predicting recurrence rate. Therefore,the molecular classification of breast cancer has gained a broad clinical application prospect. And yet,the existing molecular markers of breast cancer are still not able to meet the expanding clinical needs with a poor clinical feasibility. And hence,it is urgent to develop a more accurate breast cancer classification with applicable biomarkers proper for the personalised treatment modalities.
