【摘要】 改革开放以来,我国对外开放水平大幅提高,为我国自身和全球经济稳定包容可持续增长做出了巨大的贡献。同时,我国仍然面临参与国际分工层次偏低、开放潜力有待进一步挖掘等问题。全面提升我国对外开放水平,应以"一带一路"为重点,加强机制建设和规则构建功能,抢占新型全球价值链高位,扩大贸易和投资自由化,依托自贸试验区等接轨国际通行规则,提升沿海和内陆沿边开放水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 Since the Year 1978, China’s opening up has increased substantially and made a tremendous contribution to the steady and inclusive growth of our country and the whole world. In the meantime, we still face some problems such as the low participation level in the international division of labor and market barriers in regulatory processes, informal bans on entry and expansion, overly burdensome licensing and operating requirements. To enhance the level of China’s opening up on all fronts, we should focus on The Belt and Road Initiative to strengthen function of building the rules and mechanism, seize favorable position in the new global value chain, expand liberalization in trade and investment, align the international rules and improve the open level of coastal and border areas.更多还原
