【摘要】 目的研究新型坤净泡腾胶囊栓体内抑菌作用。方法取SD大鼠建立金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌性阴道炎模型,坤净泡腾胶囊栓每天给药1次,连续7d,观察大鼠阴道局部炎症反应并进行阴道病理检查。结果与模型组比较,新型坤净泡腾胶囊栓高剂量组和阳性组有显著性差异(P<0.01);与阳性组比较,新型坤净泡腾胶囊栓剂量组无明显差异,高剂量组与阳性组治疗效果相当,但是治愈率高于阳性组。结论新型坤净泡腾胶囊体现了新剂型治疗阴道炎的优越性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the in vivo antibacterial activity of new Kunjing effervesce capsule suppository. Methods The rats with vaginitis are induced by injecting Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus in vagina,and New Kunjing effervesce capsule suppository are given once a day for 7 days. Vaginal local inflammation is observed in rats and vaginal tissue biopsies is investigated. Results Compared with model group, New Kunjing effervescent capsule suppository high dose and positive group have significant difference(P < 0.01); compare with positive group and high dose group, there is no significant difference, but the cure rate of high dose group is higher than the positive. Conclusion New Kunjing effervesce capsule suppository reflect the advantages of the new dosage form for the treatment of vaginitis.更多还原
