【摘要】 目的将快速康复外科理念应用到妇科肿瘤围术期中,分析其干预效果,以促进围手术期管理质量,提高手术成功率。方法选取我院2014年1月至2016年5月在我院妇科住院治疗的120例肿瘤手术患者,随机分为对照组55例采用常规诊治方法;观察组65例采用快速康复理论进行干预治疗,对比分析两组患者手术时间、住院时间、并发症、疼痛评分、焦虑指数、体重变化。结果两组患者在手术时间、住院时间、并发症例数比较(t=5.231、7.112、3.213,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义);疼痛评分、焦虑指数、体重变化(t=6.122、5.245、4.341,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义)。结论快速康复外科处理应用于妇科肿瘤患者中其治疗效果优于传统治疗方案。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To apply the concept of fast track surgery in gynecologic oncology perioperative period,and analyze its intervention effect,so as to promote the quality of perioperative management and improve the success rate of operation.MethodsIn our hospital in January 2014 to May 2016 in our hospital were 120 cases of tumor surgery patients,randomly divided into control group of 55 patients with conventional treatment;the observation group of 65 cases with rapid rehabilitation intervention theory,comparative analysis of two groups of patients with operation time,hospitalization time,complications,pain score,anxiety index,weight change.Results The two groups of patients in the operation time,hospitalization time,complications were compared(t=5.231,7.112,3.213,P<0.05,with a significant difference);pain score,anxiety index,weight change(t=6.122,5.245,4.341,P<0.05,with a significant difference).Conclusion The curative effect of rapid rehabilitation surgical treatment in gynecologic cancer patients has proved to be superior to the traditional treatment.更多还原
