【摘要】 目的探讨给予小儿肠套叠空气灌肠整复治疗的临床效果。方法选择2017年1月至7月本院收治338例肠套叠患儿作为对象,给予所有患儿空气灌肠整复治疗,分析患儿临床治疗效果。结果 338例患儿接受治疗后,有316例获得成功,整复成功率为93.49%,其中,一次成功率、二次成功率、三次成功率分别为79.88%、7.10%、6.51%;失败率为6.51%,整复失败患儿均经手术复位后均获得良好效果;患儿治疗后并发症发生率为4.14%。结论空气灌肠整复是小儿肠套叠可靠的治疗手段,具有简单方便、安全有效等优势。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the clinical effect of treating children with intussusception by air enema.Methods 338 children with intussusception treated in our hospital from January 2017 to July 2017 were selected as subjects and were treated with air enema.The effect of clinical treatment was analyzed.Results 316 cases recovered after treatment in 338,at a rate of 93.49%.The success rates of the first,second,and third attempt were 79.88%,7.10%and 6.51%respectively,the failure rate was 6.51%.The children who failed to be cured by Air Enema all returned to a better condition after surgical reduction.The incidence of complications after treatment in children was 4.14%.Conclusion Air enema is a reliable method for the treatment of children intussusception.It has the advantages of simplicity,convenience,safety and effectiveness.更多还原
