【摘要】 杨玉华先生师从晚清御医传人梁仪韵先生,尤以妇科见长,善用奇经辨证治疗妇科诸病,对妇女崩漏治疗独具特色。重视《奇经八脉考》和《临证指南医案》,将崩漏的辨证分为冲任阴虚,阳动失约;冲任阳虚、肝肾虚寒;脾胃虚弱、奇经损伤;肝郁脾虚、冲任不固;冲任脉虚血瘀这五类。并指出"强调奇经、重视肝脾肾",擅长奇经用药。更多还原

【Abstract】 Yang Yuhua,inherites from the late Qing Dynasty,Dr. Liang Yiyun,and she is good at gynecology and have unique advantages in the treatment of metrorrhagia and metrostaxis. She uses eight extra meridians syndrome differentiation and pays attention to Qijing Bamai Kao and Guide to Clinical Practice with Medical Record. Yang divides the syndrome of metrorrhagia and metrostaxis into chong ren Yin deficiency; Chong ren yang deficiency,liver and kidney deficiency cold; Weak spleen and stomach,abnormal meridian injury; Liver qi deficiency,chong ren not solid; Chong ren vein deficiency blood stasis.
