【摘要】 目的将"积水潭名老中医信息分析系统"中杨玉华老师治疗月经病的有效医案为研究对象构建数据库,利用数据挖掘等技术手段系统客观地总结和研究杨老的经验,方便后人学习与传承。方法利用R语言读取文字表述格式的医案数据,通过自编程序将其转化为可供统计的数据结构,运用R语言中数据挖掘功能,以频数分析、关联规则及网络图等形式体现其中潜在的用药规律、辨证分型等。结果对筛选出的119例病例进行分析,确定杨老治疗月经病主要辨证分型为冲任失调、肝肾不足、气血两虚、肝郁气滞等9种证型,并确定处方中使用频次较高的药物有当归、川芎、白芍、香附、菟丝子、法半夏、鹿角镑、醋鳖甲等,依据药物之间的关联规则,挖掘出女贞子-旱莲草、红花-桃仁-丹参-赤芍、续断-桑寄生、紫河车-炙龟甲-鹿角镑等用药规则和核心处方。结论杨老治疗月经病最常用四物汤及龟鹿二仙胶,并擅长运用血肉有情之品,重视疏肝理气、活血和血、和降冲任。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective R language was used to analyze Yang Yuhua’s effective menopathy cases. We built a database,through data mining technology to summarize the experience. It explored its application value on traditional Chinese medical record study and generalized the experience of distinguished veteran TCM doctors. Methods R language was used to read medical case data,which was converted into data structures for statistics through self-programming. The data mining function in R language was utilized to explore the potential drug use law,syndrome differentiation,etc. It was expressed in the form of frequency analysis,association rules and network diagrams. Results According to the analysis of 119 cases,the main syndrome differentiation type of Yang in the treatment of menses was determined that Chong and Ren disorder,liver and kidney deficiency,blood and qi insufficient,liver qi stagnation and other nine syndromes. The drugs with high frequency in the prescription were angelica sinensis,ligustrum chuanxiong,Chinese dodder weed,and chiton vinegar,etc. Determine the medication rules and core prescriptions according to the association rules between drugs. Conclusion The most commonly used to treat menses by Yang are siwu decoction and tortoise deer gum. And she is good at using flesh and blood,paying attention to dredge liver qi,blood circulation,and regulating chong and ren.更多还原
