【摘要】 下肢深静脉血栓是指静脉血液因各种原因在下肢深静脉血管内的凝结。庞鹤教授认为其主要病因病机为正虚、血瘀、湿浊、热毒阻络,病位在下肢脉络肌腠,主张以扶正、祛瘀、祛浊、化毒通络为治疗方法。他强调"血脉瘀阻"贯穿在该病发生、发展的整个过程中,因此在治疗中尤其注重祛瘀法的灵活应用,主张地龙、虫、水蛭3种虫类药的联合配伍使用。介绍了庞教授应用虫类药的经验及组方特点。更多还原

【Abstract】 Deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity refers to venous blood coagulated in deep venous vessels of lower extremity due to various reasons. Professor Pang He proposes that the main etiology and pathogenesis is "vital qi weakness,blood stasis,dampness turbidity,heat poison blocking collaterals",the disease is located in the lower limb choroid muscle fat,and he advocates strengthening the body resistance,removing blood stasis,dispelling turbidity,detoxify and dreding collateral as treatment method. He stresses that "blood stasis " runs throughout the disease in the onset and development of the whole process. Therefore,professor Pang He puts empathizes on removing blood stasis,and combing use of three worm medicine,Dilong,Zhechong and Shuizhi. This paper introduces professor Pang He’s experience of using worm medicine and the characteristics of prescription.更多还原
