【Abstract】 Taking China’s engineering consulting service industry as the research object,this paper expounds the meaning and content of the whole process engineering consulting service. Then,analyzes the external opportunities and challenges and internal advantages and disadvantages of the whole process engineering consulting service in China’s engineering consulting industry,and summarizes the SWOT matrix of the whole process engineering consulting service industry in China.On this basis,puts forward some suggestions such as weakening the government function,differentiated service,strategic alliance and implementation of human resource strategy.更多还原
