基于系统思维的工程质量监督标准化模式研究
Research on the Standardization Model of Engineering Quality Supervision Based on System Thinking
【摘要】 分析北京、上海、深圳和武汉四地的工程质量监督标准化在职责划分、机构性质、监督内容、监督方式等方面的共性和差异。基于系统思维,将工程质量监督标准化分解为制度标准化、主体标准化、内容标准化、流程标准化和方式标准化五个方面的具体内容,并构建适用于我国的工程质量标准化模式,为我国工程质量监督规范化开展提供参考。
【Abstract】 This paper analyzes the commonness and differences of engineering quality supervision standardization among Beijing,Shanghai,Shenzhen and Wuhan from aspects of party responsibilities,institution nature,supervision content and supervision mode. Based on system thinking,divides construction quality supervision standardization into five aspects,namely system standardization,subject standardization,content standardization,procedure standardization and method standardization,and constructs a model for standardization of engineering quality in China,in order to provide references for regulating the quality of construction supervision in China.
