【摘要】 大型公共建筑因其主要由政府投资,且投资额比较高、建筑体量较大、开放性的公共服务功能为主、运营效果对公众及社会影响较大等方面原因,在提倡创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享的理念下,其后评估已经日渐得到重视,并在一些项目开展试点工作。而其中作为关键指导性的工作就是首先要建立相应的后评估标准(指标)体系。从定义、特征、作用、设计依据及设计原则等几方面对大型公共建筑后评估标准(指标)进行分析研究,并提出了明确的设计思路。更多还原

【Abstract】 Large-scale public buildings advocate innovation and coordination because they are mainly invested by the government, and they have relatively high investment, large-scale construction, open public service functions, and operational effects that have a large impact on the public and society. Under the concept of green, openness, and sharing, subsequent assessments have gradually gained attention and pilot projects have been carried out on a number of projects. Secondly, the key guiding task is to establish the corresponding post-evaluation standard(indicator) system first. From the aspects of definitions, characteristics, roles, design basis and design principles, the post-evaluation criteria(indicators) of large-scale public buildings were analyzed and studied, and a clear design idea was put forward.更多还原
