大型吊车梁结构计算对比分析

【摘要】 通过3D3S及PKPM两种结构分析软件对吊车梁进行设计,主要考察这两种吊车梁设计软件功能及计算过程。通过对比研究,3D3S软件对吊车梁设计过程中参数的选用较为系统、直观;PKPM菜单中对起重机的选用需要进一步明确吊车梁结构荷载值。两种软件计算的起重机梁结构在轮压等荷载作用计算中引起的弯矩和剪力的增大系数对比分析,有助于吊车梁结构设计受力与实际受力更加相符。

【Abstract】 Crane girder is a kind of important component with complex force, which directly affects the safety of plant structure. In this paper, design of crane beam is carried out through two structural analysis software, 3 D3 S and PKPM. The software functions and calculation process of these two crane beams are mainly investigated. Through comparative study, 3 D3 S software has a systematic and intuitive selection of parameters in design process of crane girder. The selection of crane in PKPM menu needs to further clarify load value of crane girder. Two software calculation of crane beam structure in wheel pressure calculation such as load caused by increase of bending moment and shear force coefficient analysis, help crane beam structure design stress are in conformity with the actual stress more.
