【摘要】 随着"放管服"改革的大力推进,大量事权向下级政府下放,但有关下级政府是否能真正承接并做好相应工作的研究还不是很多。本文以辛集市为例,通过实地走访,查阅资料等方法,具体分析了当前省直管县(市)在承接上级下放行政权力的承接能力、政策配套、信息共享等情况以及存在的一些具体问题,在此基础上,提出了相应的思考和建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the vigorous promotion of the "distribution supervision and service" reform, a large number of powers have been delegated to the lower-level government, but there is not much research on whether the lower-level government can actually undertake the corresponding work. This paper takes Xinji City as an example, through field visits, consulting data and other methods, and specifically analyzes the current capacity, policy support, information sharing, and some specific problems of province governing counties(cities) to undertake decentralized power.
