【摘要】 国家自然科学基金作为我国基础研究科研经费的主要来源之一,其立项评审采用同行评议制度,评审过程相对严格和客观。本文对云南某医院2017年未获资助的204项申报项目的同行专家评议反馈意见进行归类、分析、总结,通过对同行专家意见的分析,找到申请书中易出现的问题,为今后申请者撰写申请书提供参考意见,同时为管理部门改进工作、制定相关政策提供依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 As one of the main sources of basic research and research funding in China, the National Natural Science Fund of China adopts a peer review system for its project evaluation. The review process is relatively strict and objective. This paper classifies, analyzes and summarizes the feedbacks from peer experts in 204 projects that have not been funded in a hospital in Yunnan in 2017. Through the analysis of peer experts’ opinions, we find problems that are easy to appear in the application, to provide reference for future applicants writing application and provide basis for the management department to improve work and formulate relevant policies.更多还原
