【Abstract】 In the process of rapid development of cross-border e-commerce, micro-cross-border e-commerce is one of its important components, and plays an irreplaceable role in promoting its development. Especially when the financial crisis broke out in 2008, it showed its strong vitality. Combined with the concrete embodiment of enterprise core competence in the value chain, this paper divides the small scale cross-border electronic commerce into four different models, analyzes and compares the four models.
