【摘要】 既有住宅建筑长期修缮和品质升级是今后住宅建设发展的关键问题。本文基于对城镇既有住宅的建筑老化及品质升级问题的调查与分析,阐述了既有住宅建筑品质升级目标与对应的问题,以及共用与私用区分下建筑品质升级的必要性。同时对比分析了基于长期计划修缮条件下的城镇既有住宅建筑品质升级的实施可能性及现阶段建筑品质升级所面临的问题。更多还原

【Abstract】 The long-term repair and quality improvement are the essential problems for existing residential buildings. In this study, the measurement and corresponding problems for existing residential buildings are presented based on investigation and analysis states of its ageing problems and quality improvement. The necessity of building quality improvement considering the public and private characteristic is also analyzed. The operational feasibility of long-term repair and quality improvement are discussed in detail.更多还原
