【摘要】 随着我国城市封闭式住居带来的各类问题日益凸显,在相关政策的激励之下,城市住居的合理开放成为普遍议题。在此背景下,城市住居分级开放式设计研究具有广泛意义,有助于促进住居与城市的互动连通、住居之间的协同共享及住居内的邻里互动。因而,本文从建筑学视角出发,调研哈尔滨地区典型城市住居开放程度和使用现状,建立城市住居分级开放式设计指标体系,并且从城市互动、社区共享和邻里交往等设计层次,提出城市住居分级开放式设计的原则和策略,以期为哈尔滨地区城市住居的系统化开放设计提供一定理论和应用指导。更多还原

【Abstract】 With various problems being increasingly prominent which are brought about by the closed communities in cities, the rational opening of urban communities has become a universal issue, motivated by the relevant policies. In this context, the study on the hierarchical open design of urban communities has extensive implications, which is conducive to enhancing the interaction between communities and surrounding environment, the collaborative sharing among communities, and the connectivity among neighborhoods. From the perspective of architectural design, the paper has carried out the following processes, in order to provide certain theories and application guidance for the systematic open design of urban communities in Harbin. Firstly, the field survey is carried out on the openness and current status of the existing typical urban communities in Harbin. Secondly, a hierarchical open design index system of urban communities is established. Thirdly, the principles and strategies of hierarchical open design of urban communities are proposed, from different design levels containing interaction among cities, sharing among communities and communication among neighborhoods.更多还原
