2017年湖北省卫生应急竞赛理化盲样考核结果分析
Health emergency skills competition in Chinese Hubei province in 2017: Analysis of results of physical and chemical blind sample testing
【摘要】 目的总结2017年湖北省卫生应急技能竞赛突发中毒事件处置实验室盲样考核工作,为提升地市级中毒卫生应急技能提供参考。方法制定考核方案、评分表和评估表,组织省级和地市级开展卫生应急技能盲样考核竞赛。结果省、市两级共18个疾控机构均在规定时间内完成盲样考核。大米中总砷的盲样考核结果中,省级疾控机构的检测结果得分为满分;17个地市级疾控机构中未得满分的机构1个,其他机构得分均为满分。尿中镉的考核中,省级疾控机构的检测结果得分均为满分;17个地市级疾控机构,在低浓度样品检测中,结果满分的机构有13个;在高浓度样品检测中,结果满分的机构16个。结论盲样考核与卫生应急技能竞赛活动有机结合,检验了疾控机构应急检测的专业能力;需提高疾控机构实验室检测整体水平,开展卫生应急检测实战演练系统研究开发,推动实验室卫生应急准备工作开展。
【Abstract】 Objective The objective of this study was to summarize the blind sample testing of emergency poisoning accidents in health emergency skills competition in Hubei province in China in 2017, and to provide references for improving the poisoning emergency skills in city-level institutions. Methods An appraisal program, rating scale and evaluation form were developed; provincial-level and city-level institutions were organized to participate in the competition. Results Both provincial-level and city-level institutions for disease control and prevention completed the blind sample testing within the required time. The random sample examination results of arsenic in rice showed that 1) provincial institutions for disease control and prevention gained full marks; 2) 1 out of the 17 city-level institutions failed to get full score and other 16 got full score. The examination of cadmium in urine showed that 1) all the provincial-level institutions for disease control and prevention got full score; 2) 13 out of 17 city-level institutions got full score in the low concentration sample testing; 3) 16 of them got full score in the high concentration sample testing. Conclusions The random sample examinations combined with health emergency skills competition can verify the testing capacity of disease control and prevention institutions. It is necessary to improve the overall testing proficiency of disease control and prevention institutions and develop corresponding systems, with a view to advancing their emergency preparedness.
