【摘要】 广西海(水)上紧急医学救援中心作为国家海上紧急医学救援建设的先前探索领域,已在队伍建设、救援装备、管理制度等方面的建设中取得初步成效。但该中心建设过程中仍存在救援中心功能定位认识、卫生应急设备、协同联动机制及卫生应急反应能力方面的问题。笔者结合以上实际,根据国家发展战略等规划方针提出了改进海(水)上紧急医学救援中心建设的思考与对策,旨在为我国其他沿海和沿江河湖泊地区的海(水)上紧急医学救援基地(中心)建设提供一定的参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 As a pioneering exploration for establishing the discipline of national marine emergency medical rescue, Guangxi marine emergency medical rescue center has achieved initial success in team building, rescue equipment, management system. However, there are still some issues awaiting a consensus, such as on the understanding of the function of the rescue center, health emergency equipment needed, cooperative linkage mechanism, and health emergency response capacity. On the basis of the above facts, the authors put forward some suggestions for the construction of marine emergency medical rescue centre according to the national development strategy and related guidelines in order to provide some reference for the construction of more marine emergency medical rescue bases(centers) in the other coastal, river and lake areas in China.更多还原
