气相色谱法同时测定止痒药水中薄荷脑、龙脑和苯酚的含量

【摘要】 目的采用气相色谱法建立同时测定止痒药水中主要成分薄荷脑、龙脑和苯酚的含量的方法。方法色谱条件:采用聚乙二醇为固定液的毛细管柱,程序升温,起始温度90℃,维持2 min,以每分钟4℃的速率升温至160℃,再以每分钟20℃的速率升温至200℃,维持5 min。进样口温度220℃;FID检测器,检测温度240℃,以水杨酸甲酯为内标进行测定。结果在此条件下,薄荷脑、龙脑和苯酚分别在0.02~0.16 mg/ml、0.0100~0.0802 mg/ml、0.0206~0.1642 mg/ml范围内与峰面积/内标面积呈良好的线性关系。平均回收率分别为100.59%、100.78%、100.66%,RSD分别为0.72%、0.64%、1.08%。结论本方法同时测定止痒药水中薄荷脑、龙脑、苯酚的含量,结果准确可靠,方法简便易行,为这三者的同时测定提供参考。

【Abstract】 Objective To determine the contents of l-menthol,borneol and phenol in Zhiyang Yaoshui simultaneously by gas chromatography and establish a method for determination of these contents.Methods GC conditions included a PEG capillary column. Temperature programming was adopted. The initial temperature was 90 ℃ and maintained for 2 minutes before being raised to 160 ℃ at a rate of 4 ℃ per minute,and then to 20 per minute. The temperature was raised to 200 ℃ and maintained for 5 minutes. The inlet temperature was 220℃. The FID detector was used,the temperature of which was 240 ℃.Results Under these conditions,menthol,borneol and phenol showed good linearity with the peak area/internal standard area in the range of 0.0200 to 0.1600 mg/ml,0.0100 to 0.0802 mg/ml,and 0.0206 to 0.1642 mg/ml,respectively. The average recoveries were 100.59%,100.78% and 100.66% respectively while RSDs were 0.72%,0.64% and 1.08% respectively. Conclusion When applied to simultaneous determination of the contents of l-menthol,borneol and phenol in Zhiyang Yaoshui,this method is simple,practical,accurate and reliable.
