【摘要】 党和国家提出了新时代人才培养新标准和教育功能、教育体系新要求,我国基础教育正在形成一种结构性变革的新趋势。基础教育要以培养担当民族复兴大任的时代新人为着眼点,以社会主义核心价值观教育为突破口,以养成核心素养特别是必备品格与关键能力为重点,系统、集中克服我国基础教育长期以来存在的诸多难题。在人才培养新标准与教育功能、教育体系新要求下,为了应对信息化、创新发展、新全球化的新挑战,基础教育需要实现目标结构、素养结构、课程结构、活动结构与评价结构的整体性变革。为此,需要以结构性调整为目标推进基础教育改革,集中开展科研攻关,检视课程标准与教材标准,探索课程教学与人才培养新模式,总结"四有好教师"成长模式等。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the new era,new standards of people cultivation and new requirements for educational function as well as educational system are claimed by the party and the state.The basic education in China is forming a new trend of structural change.The essence of this change is,with the starting point of"cultivating new people in the era to realize the Chinese national rejuvenation",taking values education as the breakthrough point in guiding and deepening China’s basic education reform in the new era,focusing on developing students’essential character and key ability,and overcoming numerous constant problems in the basic education in China systematically and centrally.Under the background of new requiremnets on talent cultivation,the basic education needs to realize the overall,systematic,prospective and revolutionary change of the target structure,the key competencies structure,the curriculum structure,the activity structure and the evaluation structure.Therefore,we need to establish and implement a new policy system.更多还原
