【Abstract】 The performance evaluation of talent cultivation is a major component of the performance evaluations of colleges and universities. It does not only provide scientific basis for improving the scientific orientation of school-running characteristics,rationally allocating educational resources and strengthening the effective integration of school resources,but also contribute to the self-evaluation and self-reflection of colleges and universities. The key to the performance evaluation of talent cultivation in colleges and universities is the change of quality concept of talent cultivation. Its core is to make a scientific judgment on the quality and process of talent cultivation. Its function is to fulfill its duty to provide service to the reform and development of higher education.
