【摘要】 随着国务院《统筹推进世界一流大学和一流学科建设总体方案》的颁布实施,我国的世界一流大学建设进入了一个新的历史时期。大学在几百年的发展历程中,逐步形成了自己的品质特征,这一品质特征由其内在品质与外部表征而构成。对大学自身而言,建设世界一流大学,根本在于提升内在品质,因此必须正视单一强调排行榜指标、片面追求"名人"的引进、忽略学科整体发展、忽视本科教学和学生培养等问题。要加强大学基本内涵建设,培育世界一流大学的内在品质;完善现代大学治理体系,建设中国气派的世界一流大学。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the carrying-out of the "Overall Plan to Push forward the Construction of World-class Universities and the First-class Disciplines" by the State Council,the world-class university construction in our country has entered a new historical period. In the process of several hundred years’ development,universities have gradually gained the qualities and characteristics of their own which are composed of inner qualities and external representations. For the university itself,building a world-class university basically lies in enhancing the inner qualities. Therefore,we must face the problems squarely,such as ignoring the entire connotation of university construction,simply emphasizing the introduction of celebrities,simply stressing the construction of strong discipline,and ignoring undergraduate teaching and student development. Universities should strengthen the construction of the basic connotation to cultivate their inner qualities of world-class universities and improve the modern university management system to construct world-class universities with Chinese characteristics.更多还原
