【摘要】 近年来随着我国高校各项改革快速和深入发展,高校建设也逐步进入到新的"双一流"时代,这对各高校发展是机遇也是挑战。高校资产科学高效的管理为学科建设和学校发展提供了重要保障,尤其是大型教学、科研仪器设备的合理配置、高效使用和科学管理。本文通过河北工业大学贵重仪器设备共享平台的建设及运行情况,总结目前高校贵重仪器设备共享管理工作中存在的问题,并对相关问题完善和解决办法进行探讨。更多还原

【Abstract】 The Universities in China have been changing and developing very fast and deep in many fields, and now the construction starts the new era of "Double First-Class" initiative, it’s a challenge also an opportunity for all the universities. The efficient assets management provides an important guarantee for the development of discipline construction also for the university, especially the rational allocation、efficient using and scientific management of the large-scale Education & Research instrument and equipment. At present, the central and the local governments also the universities have been focus on the open and sharing management work. This article will summarize the existing problems of the Open and Sharing management work through the construction and daily operations of the Open and Sharing Management platform of Hebei University of Technology, also will discuss the improvements and solutions of the existing problems.更多还原
