【Abstract】 In the era of "Internet + education", with the popularity of mobile terminal devices, it has become a trend for learners to use "fragment" time learning anytime and anywhere. The "micro-course" resources, because of its short and precise, are suitable for students to learn independently and helpful for teachers to implement curriculum teaching, and become the focus of China’s information resources construction. From the perspective of the development of "micro-course" resources, the article expounds the necessity, development principles and development process of the "micro-course" resources for the major "forestbuilding technology" in the higher vocational colleges.
