【摘要】 "四个全面"指出全面从严治党,这就要求我们必须加强对党员的教育与培养。而高校作为教书育人的阵地,学生党员的形象素质的塑造很大程度上影响其走上社会党员先锋能力的发挥。在教学改革的背景下,有种现象不如忽视,许多学生党员在入党后不久即离开学校参加教学活动,他们当中部分成了"隐形"党员、"游离"党员和"流动"党员,影响学生党员在校的作用发挥。如何在教改背景下探索出适合学生党员素质提升的创新路径,将学生党员的作用发挥到最大化,完善学生能力培养与党员发展的良性机制,实现人才培养与党员先锋作用发挥的共赢,这是高校在教改模式下亟待解决的问题。更多还原

【Abstract】 Our overall strategy is the four-pronged comprehensive strategy. Exercising full and rigorous governance over the Party makes it necessary to strengthen the education and training of the party members. Teaching and educating in college has a great influence on the exertion of the exemplary role of the college graduate party members inside the employing unit. Many student party members leave college soon after entering the party to take part in production internship, thus, it can’t be ignored that a great majority of them become invisible party members, dissociative party numbers and floating party members, which has an important influence in the exertion of the exemplary role of the student party members in college. Therefore, under the background of teaching reform, how to explore a suitable path of innovation to enhance the quality of student party members, maximize the active role of student party members, improve the healthy mechanism of students’ capacity development and col lege student party members development work, to achieve the win-win situation of talent training and the vanguard role of the party members, is an urgent problem for colleges and universities to solve.更多还原
